Q.01How do verified-response packages work?
Choose a package for one premium poll and pay once when you publish. Face and face + voice responses draw from the same cap, and unused responses do not roll over to another poll.
Q.02What happens when the cap is reached?
The poll stops accepting verified responses and goes offline. Its results remain available to the creator.
Q.03Can I add more capacity?
Yes. Buy another package from the poll page. Its responses are added to that poll’s cap, and a poll closed only because capacity ran out reopens.
Q.04Can I get a refund?
Responses already used are not refundable. If there is a billing problem, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
